All sales are final. However, At TomiezHair, we take a lot of measures to ensure that you get the best quality and exactly what you requested. We only accept returns if the item is defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product to be defective, Please get in contact with us within 24 hours of receiving your order at: tomiezhair@gmail.com with the subject “Defective #Order Number”. Please provide pictures of the defects and details. A member of our team will be in contact with you within 36 hours to let you know what options are available. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the package during shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Store your wig on a wig stand or form that is smaller than the base of the wig cap to prevent the cap from stretching. Avoid contact with chlorinated water, sea water, and hot water to avoid damage to your wig. Use only hair care products designed for lace wigs. We recommend coconut oil, jojoba oil, …. Remember your wigs only need a minimal amount of product for styling. Allow the wig to air dry naturally. (Do not dry your wig with a blow dryer. It can dry out and damage the hair). You can use rollers or flexi-rods to style the hair while in its wet state. To restyle your human hair wig, you may use a curling iron or flat iron on low heat settings only or use electric rollers or hot comb on a medium setting. USE HEAT PROTECTANT, WHEN USING HEATING TOOLS! Your wig was designed with a basic style but the variations you can achieve through styling are limitless. For body waves, and curly wigs, the best styling tool to “revive” your wig is a spray bottle of clean, cool water. Lightly spritz your wig with water to return your wig to its original look. Because of the special texture of the curly weave human hair, it also needs a special care method. Wash your hair at least once every 1-2 weeks. Apply a moisturizing conditioner after every shampoo and a deep conditioner every 2-4 weeks. Comb out the hair from root to tip with a wide toothed comb or a hair extension loop brush.

Please note that it takes approximately 10-14 business days for your order to be processed. Delivery then takes approximately 3-5 business days depending on your location. After your order is placed, you will receive an email once we receive your order, when it is processed, and shipped. Please note that these times are to be used as a guide. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.

Yes. Our wigs are made ready to wear. This means you can wake up , put it and be ready to go. A beginner friendly wig should have: · Pre-plucked Hairline. As a wig beginner, plucking the hairline is very tough work, and too much plucking can even ruin your new wig. · Bleached Knots. Bleached knots can be another challenge for wig beginners. Bleached knots make it so much easier to cut the lace and look more natural in the parting area(s). · It should be glueless, easy to install and easy to secure. So, the wig cap should have combs, adjustable straps, and elastic bands, so you feel safe and comfortable. TomiezHair wigs meet all these requirements so you are good to go.

At TomiezHair, we offer a BYOB service. This means that you can Bring Your Own Bundles. We will be able to help you make your wig. Please select the appointment option on our Services page and click on the BYOB option. We are also able to provide colour customisations to suit your needs.

A wig from TomiezHair can last for about 2-5 years with proper care and storage. We reccomend storing your unit in one of our wig bags, or on a manequin. We also recommend washing your unit bi-weekly and using very minimal product when styling as this can cause build up.

Absolutely. You can book a wig installation service to install your frontal unit. Book your appointment, and we would take it from there.

Yes they can. They can be bleached, and dyed to any colour. We also offer colouring services. You can either purchase any of our pre-coloured wigs or we can create the look we want if you have an image in mind.
